Kefir Grains

We send a container with a few ounces of our milk containing a tablespoon or more of raw-milk kefir grains.  The milk nourishes the grains and keeps them active during transit.
 
Our kefir grains carry to your home an imprint of our farm's Edenic microbiome, cultivated and tuned for more than a decade in our remote canyon where we use no pharmaceutical or agricultural chemicals. The grains will become like your pets, being fruitful and multiplying as you make batch after batch of health-giving kefir.
