Cheese, Pinot Misted 4-month Gouda

Hello, untainted cheese!  Our cheese is uniquely untainted using untainted milk from untaintainted, non-medicated, unvaccinated, grass-fed Jersey cows, and our non-GMO Farm cultures and untainted non-GMO natural animal rennet. The resulting cheese is literally incomparable, since ALL commercially available cheese starts with vaccinated milk and Pfizer/Merck-supplied cultures and rennet.

HFPMA Gouda Cheese is a semi-soft to firm cheese.  This one is only 4 months aged, so it is very mild flavored with a smooth, creamy texture that melts well. Longer-aged options will be available soon. We also regularly spritz our Gouda Cheese with Pinot Grigio to keep the humidity conditions just right as it ages.
