Our Monterey Jack is a mild addition to our cheese offerings. Like our Farmhouse Cheddar, it finishes in weeks rather than months, so you can have it on your table now. It's a great addition to charcuterie platters, for irresistable snacking, sandwiches, and melting into soups and grilled cheese sandwiches.

 

Our natural cultures, native to our farm terrior, along with natural rennet, ensure that all our cheeses are healing to the gut, noticeably digestible treats. We follow God's design and use none of the GMO (God Move Over) substances that are commonly used in the mainstream cheesemaking industries.

  • About our Cheese Ingredients

    We use only our own whole raw grassfed Jersey milk, and our own native cultures from the farm in all of our cheeses. We use natural calf rennet and non-iodized flaked cheese salt. No added enzymes, no calcium chloride, no coloring agents or anything else.  The cultures needed to make the best cheeses you've ever tasted are gifts from the cows, right in the milk.
