Fresh Cottage Cheese made from raw milk and heated to less than 110 degrees Fahrenheit, so all the nutrients and beneficial bacteria are not depleted. This Cottage Cheese is dry curds, so you can add your own ingredients to taste how you like it. Add cream, milk, half and half, or juice to moisten the curds. Add salt, pepper, herbs to season the curds. Add fresh chives, pineapple, strawberries, tomatoes, etc. to match what you are craving at the moment.
