Bulk Pork Boxes

You've all been asking for it, so try our more affordable new Pork Box options!  10lb, 25lb, or 40lb boxes. This is a great way to save MoolaCoin and get some of your favorites in quantities that make sense for your family.  Buying in boxes is a significant savings over buying by the piece. If you want to save even more, purchase a standard-cut half hog (~100lbs) and get everything a hog has to offer, including some very precious and hard-to-find cuts!
 
You can also order a custom-cut side or whole hog (See menu) for specific cutting needs.
 
We standard-cut, then brine and cure your hams and bacon using Himalayan salt and organic fresh-ground spices. We do not use nitrates, nitrites or any other chemicals in our curing process. Then, we cold-smoke your hams and bacon over unsprayed apple wood cut right here on the farm. 
 
This is the best pork you will ever taste!
 
Our hogs are from Berkshire sows that are bred to our 1/2 Mangalitsa and 1/2 Red Wattle boar. Our hogs are untainted, unmedicated, and unvaccinated. They are robust and vibrantly healthy foraging on our land, and eating non-gmo, corn-free, soy-free, custom milled grains that are fermented in our raw jersey milk.
