Our pork tenderloin wrapped in lace fat is one of the most precious cuts from HFPMA. It is the first cut that we pull from our hogs during butchering!
Our hogs are from Berkshire sows that are bred to our 1/2 Mangalitza and 1/2 Red Waddle boar. They forage on our land, and we feed non-gmo, corn-free, soy-free, custom milled grains that are fermented in our raw jersey milk.
