Hello, untainted cheese! Our cheese is uniquely untainted using untainted milk from untaintainted, non-medicated, unvaccinated, grass-fed Jersey cows, and our non-GMO Farm cultures and untainted non-GMO natural animal rennet. The resulting cheese is literally incomparable, since ALL commercially available cheese starts with vaccinated milk and Pfizer/Merck-supplied cultures and rennet.

HFPMA Cheddar Cheese is a semi-hard cheese. This one is aged only 4 months aged, so it is mild flavored with a smooth texture that melts well. It is Butter-Wrapped, which means we hand-wrap our Cheddar in Butter Muslin with a thick coat of butter instead of wax for aging the cheese. We also regularly spritz our Cheddar Cheese with Pinot Grigio to keep the humidity conditions just right as it ages.
